Submit vector files (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG) for solid-colour prints, or 300 dpi raster (PNG, JPG) for full-colour.
Use PMS / Pantone codes when colour accuracy matters. Otherwise CMYK is fine.

Wash inside out at 30°C, no fabric softener, hang to dry. Iron inside out on the reverse of the print only. Following these keeps printed designs sharp for years.
